We provide a guarantee * for all Monochrome™ products for a period of 30 calendar days. If a defect is detected within the specified period, including the detection of defect during the period of product use within the time limits of the warranty period, Monochrome™ will pay all the costs for exchange or return of products of inadequate quality.
In all other cases, if the return of the product is not connected with the identification of its production defects, the procedure of exchange/return of Monochrome™ products is carried out in accordance with the approved regulations (compiled in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation regarding off-line and on-line trading and the Consumer Protection Law).

If you want to return our products, please, contact our managers by any way, convenient for you (see ABOUT Section in the upper part of our website). After coordination of all details of return and sets of accompanying documents you will be provided with the information on self-maintained courier shipment to our office (door to door delivery by the courier).
Self-maintained shipment of the product can be carried out only after coordination of all the details with a manager of Monochrome™ web shop. You will be provided with the detailed instructions on the preparation of the product and accompanying documents to be shipped, as well as the exact address for the delivery of the products returned. The cost of self-maintained shipment is not compensated.
Courier Service (for Moscow and up to 30 km outside the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD)
In order to save your personal time, Monochrome™ can organize the collection of the returned product. You only need to prepare the product in a proper manner, make sure that its factory labels, packaging, payment receipt are save, and fill out the documents for return (will be sent to you by email). Further, after the day of the courier’s visit is agreed upon with a manager, you will need to hand over the package. You will have one attempt to hand over the parcel. The cost of mailing is not compensated in case of an unsuccessful handover. The cost of a courier's arrival in the territory of Moscow (within the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD) is 400 rubles, up to 30 km outside the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD) - 500 rubles.
Check of goods and refund
Upon receipt of the parcel, Monochrome™ managers will inspect and check the product with respect to its damage and use within 3 (three) business days. If the product was not damaged by buyer and does not have any signs of use, the manager initiates the return of money, previously paid for the purchase of the goods to the buyer's card by which the purchase was made. The term for funds crediting is from 1 to 30 business days (depending on the working peculiarities of your bank).
PURCHASE IN Monochrome™ OFFLINE STORE
An item that you bought from an offline store can be returned to the same store within 14 calendar days. The address of the Monochrome™ flagship store: Moscow, st. Malaya Nikitskaya, 10.
To process a return, you will need to present a sales receipt, passport and bank card if payment was made in this way.
Product verification and refund
Upon receipt of the parcel, Monochrome™ managers inspect and check the product for damage or operation within 3 (three) working days. If the goods were not damaged on the buyer's side and have no traces of exploitation, the manager initiates the return of the previously paid amount for the purchase of the goods to the buyer's card with which the purchase was made. The term for crediting funds is from 1 to 30 working days (depending on the specifics of your bank's work).
- if you paid in cash to the courier, the refund will be made to the buyer’s bank account, stated in the return slip;
- If you made non-cash payment, the refund will be made to the account from which the order was paid for.
